Who we are
Al Safia supplies laboratory equipment, instruments, glassware, plasticware and consumables, water treatment equipment and chemicals, food and beverage testing instruments, and safety and hygiene products to organisations across the United Arab Emirates.
We operate from Jurf Industrial 3 in Ajman and deliver to all seven emirates. Working from a stocked facility inside the UAE rather than shipping every order internationally is the practical difference for most of our customers — a laboratory waiting on an imported electrode or a batch of certified consumables is a laboratory that has stopped producing results.
Who we supply
Our customers are testing and QC laboratories, food and beverage producers, dairy processors, water treatment and desalination operators, environmental consultancies, oil and gas contractors, personal care manufacturers, hospitals and educational institutions.
What these have in common is that a purchasing decision is usually tied to a method or a standard rather than to a catalogue. A refractometer supporting a declared Brix value, a Class A volumetric flask in an accredited method, an autoclavable container that has to survive daily cycles — in each case the specification, not the price, decides what is fit for purpose.
How we work
We quote against a specification rather than against a product name. If you tell us the parameter, the range and resolution required, the throughput and any standard the result has to satisfy, we will come back with options that meet it and be explicit about where a cheaper alternative would fall short.
We also stock the consumables and spares that go with what we sell — buffers, calibration standards, electrodes, reagents and replacement parts — so an instrument bought from us can be kept in service without a separate sourcing exercise each time.

Our range includes HM Digital water quality meters, Bellingham & Stanley refractometers and polarimeters, and Glassco and Tarsons labware, alongside a broad selection of equipment and consumables from other established manufacturers.
