Al Safia is a supply business, but the supply itself is rarely the whole job. The services below are the parts of the work that sit either side of the delivery.

Specification and product selection

Most enquiries arrive as a product name when the underlying question is a specification. We work back from what has to be measured, treated or contained — range, resolution, throughput, the standard the result reports against — and recommend equipment that meets it. Where a lower-cost option would be adequate, we will say so; where it would not, we will explain what it fails on.

Consumables and scheduled replenishment

For laboratories with predictable monthly consumption, we set up standing orders for consumables, reagents, calibration standards and electrodes. This is usually better on both price and continuity than reordering item by item, and it removes the failure mode where a routine consumable stops a run.

Calibration standards and traceability

Where a reading supports a compliance claim, the calibration behind it matters as much as the instrument. We supply certified calibration standards and buffers, and can arrange recalibration so that documentation exists for the figures being reported.

Water treatment chemical supply

Bulk treatment chemicals — hypochlorites, caustic soda, poly aluminium chloride, coagulants, antiscalants and biocides — supplied on a schedule matched to treatment volumes, with the applicable safety data sheets and advice on storage separation and compatible containment.

Delivery across the UAE

Stock is held at our Jurf Industrial facility in Ajman and delivered to Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. For multi-site operations we can consolidate to a single delivery point or split across locations.
